Xanthan gum is a bio- synthetic and white or light yellow powder, the main raw material is starch , Xanthan Gum can be widely used in food , pharmaceutical , chemical, agriculture , oil drilling and other fields. Compared with other gums , xanthan gum has the following distinct advantages:
